I have a sort of strange situation. Have been in skuldsanering for few months now and my salary cut has come in due to covid. It is about 20% and I have re-applied with revised salaries. When I checked today they told they took a decision which was sent to court and they are waiting for confirmation to send it to me.
On other hand, I have convinced my employer to go for short time work scheme. Since my employer is an NPE and I am the only employee here they are telling me that they will reduce work hours by 60% and salary by 7.5% how ever in case if they dont get short time work benefit then they will recover the balance from my salary adjusting it to 20% cut. This is fair for me.
How do I now proceed with kronofogden? I have called them up and explained but they seem clueless at the moment on what to tell me as well (may be the person whom I reached doesnt know how to react)
If update my salary again I will have more burden per month, but what if I dont get benefit and the employer recovers from me later?
