Help to assemble loans / consolidate loans (in Sweden)

Hiya! I've been living in sweden for over 3 years, but mainly working in Denmark! I have my first swedish payslip from august meaning I do have 3 swedish ones! Due to the situation i'm in, being in an accident and a family member getting real sick I had to take loans to keep up with everything. I've called my bank and talked to so many swedish loan companies that I don't really know where to go, I've been recommended to wait until next next after the text statements has come out! However the loans run up to a monthly payment amount that causes me to practically live on oatmeal every month. I earn 41895 before tax, have no payment marks or anything of the sort I run a restaurant/bar but find it really frustrating that because I just don't have a swedish tax statement from 2022 I can't do anything in this situation! is there anyone that have any recommendations on what to do? my own bank is not willing to help me.

You literally have no credit history in Sweden, so it's going to be extremely difficult to get loans. That sounds harsh, but it's probably not a good idea to sugar coat your situation. You may not have marks, but if you've contacted a lot of loan institutions, you'll likely have racked up a lot of queries with the two main credit history institutions, Upplysnincscentralen and Bisnode. Those affect your credit score too. Having many drives down the score, making it even more difficult to get loans.

I don't know who to recommend, because the only people who might consider you have usury as a business practise. If you have coworkers or friends who can loan you, that's probably an easier bet.

I have started working in Sweden, have swedish payslips from august and forward. Unfortunately I do not work there anymore which is why this situation is where it is

You already have some loans, i think your best option is to contact them and ask to extend the payment from 5 to 10 years, 10 to 12 years etc.
it would lower your monthly costs a bit.
