It took about 3 or 4 days for the reminder to come from Arvato (Gothia) and then the inkasso krav came about 10 or so days after. I already had about 2000kr left on another plan so just added it all together and kept the same monthly amount. I wish all the companies had Arvato. They really are so nice and easy to cooperate with
