Skuldsanering information in UC - 5, 6 or 8 years?

When would note disappear?

I read information would be there for 3 years as per the kronofogden website

So, it would be:

3 years of note and another 3 years to disappear - total 6 years or would it be 5 years of debt relief + 3 years to disappear - 8 years in total?

Question is, when would the banks stop seeing any debt restructuring information from the date it was initiated

Yes, after 5 years is correct ( Not 5+3)
