Paynova Tradera

Hi. Sorry I have made a request in English, I am not that good in Swedish yet. I bought an Iphone on Tradera with Paynova delbetalning 24 months in July. I was paying almost on time, once I paid with 180 kr charge from Allektum. This month payday was 21st of Jan. I made a payment 25th (they added 60 kr reminder fee). After that I received email next month I have to pay all credit 9000 because I was late. I contacted them by email saying that I paid 5 days later with 60 kr fee, but they said they don't know why they send reminder to pay (with date to pay 04th Feb) but they send me termination of credit in Dec (which I didn't receive) and since I was late 5 days they close my case and I need to pay all. I haven't received any termination letter from them in December now they attach it in email and said they sent it in December. Instead of it I received reminder with 60 kr more pay one single payment with date 04th Feb. They refuse to come back to part pay. Do you think I can get some help from Konsumervarket?

They usually send a letter from Paynova that you need a pay a certain amount to cancel the termination of agrement. Even if you contact Konsumentverket PayNova vill proceed everything. Only way to go is to pay first THEN contact Konsumentverket
