In 3 weeks I managed to change the one at SEB at every call they said is fine and afterwards they remember to ask more papers ie payslips etc. This Thursday I had a preview and made a bid higher than the other person and the seller agreed to sell it to me before the public views this weekend and the public bid, but wanted to sign on Friday. After calling SEB got an appointment at 3PM they hadn’t call back, called them again made a new appointment at 4PM they called at 4:45. While I told them I need to sign today and to tell me if they need any info/papers in advance. They said is all fine they need only the appartment addres and few more info. On call she said she needs also a valuation from the broker and well is too late today, if i send it yhey will check it ASAP. I told them I need it latest on zmonday since the seller agreed with 1 day delay but on Monday evening will be public bidding already, she said yes, but they always did. The broker agancy is working with Swed bank and told me to make s new promise with them since they will help do today desperate not to lise the flat I did one more promise till I read and article mentioning this will affect my credit score and i was like... what? Now I even don’t know if will get the appartment approved on time, which bsnk should I try to fix the issue with on Monday, how these mistakes will affect my interest rates etc. I have no experience in having a credit in the past ( my first ever) so it looks I did mistake after mistake. Since the loan promises are valud 6M I thought after that time they will dissapear this is why I asked. Also I think is fair since the banks fon’t make you aware about this loan promise risk which dies not guarantee they approve your loan in the end or in time thst if I explain they can cancel them in a way like reject the credit (still I have no idea if this will not give me even a worse score) but to be affected 1 year I find it crazy TBH, how hard is to have cancel button that will prove ai will not take money from 4 banks ...</p></blockquote><p></p>
